Custom Orders:

  • All custom orders require a detailed design brief, including logos, colors, and specific requirements.
  • Customers are responsible for providing high-resolution files or vector formats for custom designs.
  • A proof approval process will be followed before production begins.

 

Production Timeline:

  • Production time is typically [7-10] business days from the date of proof approval. Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee.
  • Delays due to customer revisions or late approvals may extend the timeline.

 

2. Payment Policy

Deposits:

  • A [50%/100%] deposit is required upfront for all custom orders.

Final Payment:

  • Full payment must be made before the release or shipping of the final product.

Accepted Methods:

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Our Designs:
